"The Art of Coaching Through the Understanding of Movement"
We have created a system to educate and empower coaches to become Movement Specialsts, so that they can make a difference in everyone they work with. We are empowering a community of deeply-committed coaches who want to help, fix and truly influence others.
Our common goal? To create better humans.
ABOUT JULIEN PINEAU
Sports have been a part of Julien’s life since he was young and he’s been a state and national champion in a number of sports including soccer, swimming, and wrestling.
As an adult, he really found something he liked with MMA and Jiu-Jitsu and spent time traveling the world to learn from the best in the industry. That time spent with the best made him want to learn more about sport and movement so that he could coach others.
In 1993, he began his coaching career as a conditioning and grappling coach for the MMA gym where he trained and in 2008, he opened his own gym that focuses on strongman training. StrongFit was born and has evolved from a single gym to a full education program.
Julien’s brain is wired to see faulty patterns and visualize, in space, how people move. With his knack for diagnosing muscular and strength imbalances, he has developed his own system to identify what issues are and fight the root of the problem. He now travels the world delivering seminars to coaches who have the common goal of fixing people and ridding them of pain.

ABOUT RICHARD ACEVES
Richard Aceves has a diverse athletic background that started with powerlifting, which provided him with a solid strength foundation. However, when he discovered his passion for rock climbing and mountaineering, he had to find a new way to train that would complement these sports. Crossfit was it! Richard started Crossfit in 2007 and was immediately addicted to the push that the sport provided while allowing him to maintain most of his strength and still build endurance and stamina necessary for high peaks and long climbs.
In 2009, Richard was hit by a boulder on Pico De Orizaba in Mexico. After four months in bed pondering what to do with his life, he realized that teaching others and pushing them way beyond their limits was what he
was put on this earth to do. Since then, Richard has worked tirelessly in understanding the human body and its mechanics, as well as, working towards becoming an elite powerlifter, professional GRID athlete, and attempting to get his pro card for Strongman. He is adept at identifying the missing link and targeting it, so that athletes can perform better and with less chance of injury. He is adamant that his athletes build a solid foundation and have a clear understanding of the mechanics required to exercise correctly. His number one priority as a coach is making sure his athletes are healthy and safe.
