This is straight from the mind of Julien - so you should expect 4 days per week that will crush your legs, shoulders, pecs, lats, and of course, strongman-days. Equipment will range from barbells, sandbags, sleds, farmer's handles, globo-gym machines, logs, dumbbells, yokes, the harness, ropes and anything else he can imagine to torture you with.
