External Oblique Opener with leg raises

This is a harder version of the Ext. Obliques Opener.The point here is to see how far you can lower your legs while maintaining MAXIMUM external oblique activation.The point is to engage the obliques like you are doing a lift for max weight. Merely holding the kb on your stomach will not achieve much and defeat the point of the exercise
